Stevenson School swept six Pacific Coast Athletic League titles this fall across field hockey, girls golf, tennis, boys water polo, girls water polo and volleyball.
John Devine of the Monterey Herald noted on X that the field hockey championship completed the six-title haul for the Pebble Beach school. The Pirates' girls golf team claimed its ninth consecutive Gabilan Division crown, and the tennis team and both water polo programs also won league championships.
Ninth straight for girls golf
Stevenson's girls golf dominance continued Oct. 26 when the Pirates locked up their ninth straight Gabilan Division title, according to the Monterey Herald. Lucinda Wu led the way as medalist, carding a 1-under 71.
Girls water polo adds league crown
The girls water polo league title, attributed to Devine's post, extends a program with deep postseason credentials. Stevenson has won three Central Coast Section girls water polo titles in the last four years and made four straight NorCal appearances, the Monterey Herald reported in September. Charlotte Morrow has been part of two of those section title teams.
Four more titles round out the fall
Details on the field hockey, tennis, boys water polo and volleyball title-clinching results were not immediately available.
